AppSignal UI updates

We’ve been secretly using it ourselves on our staging servers for a while, but now we finally get to show you the updated user interface for AppSignal.com!

The new, brighter, layout moves the main navigation to the top to clear up horizontal space to have more room to show your metrics.

New sidebar

Besides the colors we've moved the settings/logout sidebar to the top, which frees up horizontal space and gives the content with it's tables and sidebars more breathing room.

The top bar is coloured using the section color you know from the account navigation sidebar to help show where you are in the app. The tabs are also more clear in comparison to the previous version.

New layout

Finally we changed a lot of the layout to flex-box, fixing long-term layout issues.
